As Technology advances have become a key factor in helping to provide easy solutions for the

problems that we face in our lives one of these problems that a lot of people can go through is looking

for a job and finding the right people for the job from here we created the idea of our project which is

to make it easier for job seekers to find their dream job. it’s an application that serves job seekers to

find available jobs by searching for Employment contracts and putting themselves out there

highlighting their resumes and skills, on the other hand, the companies can look for the right people to

hire them by identifying eligible job seekers and selecting the most qualified candidates. With the Get

Hired application, the recruitment process is much easier and faster at every stage from job postings

to receiving applications and, interviewing process. The cost of searching and posting jobs will be much

less compared to the traditional way of advertising. Therefore, we can say that the Get Hired

application will act as a bridge of communication between the companies and applicants.
