First Avenue is a dynamic real estate corporate website developed using Next.js to represent a real estate development company with a modern, scalable, and SEO-optimized digital presence.

I was responsible for building the full frontend architecture and integrating REST APIs to dynamically manage projects, media center updates, and corporate content.

The platform replaces static pages with a structured, API-driven system that enables scalable content delivery while maintaining strong performance and responsive design across devices.
