Paris Airbnb Market Analysis: Data Cleaning & Exploratory Data Analysis (EDA)

In this project, I performed an in-depth data analysis on a large dataset containing over 270,000 records of Airbnb listings in Paris. The project showcases my ability to handle big data and extract meaningful business insights using python.

Key Phases of the Project:

Data Wrangling & Cleaning: Processed missing values, handled data types (especially dates), and filtered columns to ensure high data quality for analysis.

Trend Analysis: Investigated the evolution of the Airbnb market in Paris from 2008 to the present, focusing on pricing trends and host growth.

Geographical Analysis: Analyzed price distribution across different Paris neighborhoods, identifying the most expensive areas like Élysée.

Data Visualization: Created clear and informative visualizations using Matplotlib to present price averages and neighborhood comparisons effectively.

Business Insights: Derived conclusions that help potential investors or tourists understand the pricing dynamics within the city.
