Project Overview: Conceptualized and engineered the entire "Zero-to-One" lifecycle of an AI-powered SaaS platform that converts 2D images into AR-ready 3D models, integrating seamlessly with the Salla e-commerce ecosystem.

System Architecture: Architected a scalable, event-driven backend using FastAPI (Python) for ML processing and Nest.js for core business logic, orchestrated via Redis queues, MinIO, and PostgreSQL.

Observability & Infrastructure: Managed the complete deployment pipeline, implementing a full observability stack (LGTM, Alloy, Faro) to monitor system health and visualize user behavior analytics.

Business Impact: Delivered tangible value to merchants by enabling in-room AR visualization to reduce product returns, while engineering a dashboard to track SEO metrics and conversion rates.
