Project Name : Sales Contract for LTE ( 4G ) Service Launch for telecom operator

Project Scope: Sales contract for 400 sites Delivery .

My Role: Service Solution Sales Manager.

Contract Amount : XMUSD

Main Challenges:

1. Customer Budget limitation .

In summary for this project challenges, after multi rounds of communication with customer team, i led them to accept some service scope to be done by customer team to reduce the sales price and also match customer budget and in same time match Huawei sales profit margin and customer accepted this proposal which led to sign this contract successfully .

I led and managed this service sales contract starting from the leading phase till the contract signing including :

1. Service Scope confirmation

2. Responsiblity matrix confirmation .

3. Acceptance cretria and milestone.

4. Contract Payment Terms.

5. Contract Liabilites and penalties.
