4-Bit Adder–Subtractor

This project involves the design and implementation of a 4-bit adder–subtractor circuit capable of performing both binary addition and subtraction using digital logic components. The system operates on two 4-bit binary numbers and produces a 4-bit result along with a carry/borrow output.
