his analysis reports the level of equality and diversity in a company from

1992 till 2022, especially after the emergence of SDGS and specifically

SDG 10.

 The analysis is done by relying on the demographics of the company’s

employees against dependent variables such as salary and specialization

in the company.

 The First Part of the analysis focuses on the demographics of the hired

employees up till 2022 to report any discrimination against them.

 The Second Part focuses on the turnover of employees to check if their

turnover might have been related to any type of discrimination.

 The analysis is made to create a space for improvement of equality and

diversification within the company strategies and to increase efficiency.
