Pharmaceutical Sales Dashboard
This dashboard was developed in Microsoft Excel using Pivot Tables and Pivot Charts to transform raw pharmaceutical sales data into structured analytical views.
Key KPIs were calculated to track overall performance, including Total Sales and Total Quantity Sold, providing a high-level summary for executive reporting.
Multiple Pivot Tables were created to analyze:
Monthly sales trends
Sales performance by product
Sales distribution by region
These Pivot Tables were connected to interactive Slicers for Date (Month), Product, and Region, enabling dynamic filtering across all visualizations simultaneously.
The dashboard layout and theme were designed to ensure clarity, consistency, and ease of interpretation, supporting efficient performance monitoring and data-driven decision making within a pharmaceutical sales environment.
