Pizza Sales Dashboard | Power BI

I developed an interactive Pizza Sales Dashboard using Power BI to analyze sales performance and extract actionable business insights.

The project involved data cleaning with Power Query, building a data model, and creating DAX measures to calculate key KPIs such as Total Revenue, Number of Orders, Pizzas Sold, Average Order Value, and Average Pizzas per Order.

The dashboard provides dynamic analysis by:

Sales by category and pizza size

Top and lowest selling pizzas

Revenue distribution

Orders by day and hour to identify peak times

This solution helps stakeholders understand customer behavior, optimize product offerings, and improve operational planning through data-driven decisions.
