Messaging portal

Developed a web-based portal for E-SOC operations to automate log extraction, analysis, and error mapping for telecom messaging systems, replacing manual log collection and speeding up troubleshooting.

Tech Stack: Flask, Python, Ansible, SQLite, Jinja2, JavaScript, Linux.

Key Deliverables & Features:

• Log Extraction & Analysis: Automated fetching of messaging logs using Ansible from distributed nodes.

• Error Mapping: Stored and searched error codes to support quick root-cause analysis.

• Role-Based Access Control: Admin vs user roles integrated with NT usernames using Flask-Login.

• Administration Module: CRUD management for users and error code mappings.

• Messaging Module: Search, filter, select, and export logs via a user-friendly dashboard.
