AI-Based Intrusion Prevention System (Smart Shield)

Smart Shield is an AI-powered network intrusion detection system designed to identify malicious activities and abnormal traffic patterns in campus or enterprise networks.

The project combines machine learning and deep learning techniques to achieve high detection accuracy while maintaining scalability and real-time performance. A hybrid model using Isolation Forest for anomaly detection and RNN for sequence analysis was developed to detect both known and unknown attacks.
