This project is a Python-based Employee Management System developed using Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles. The system models employee data and provides functionality to manage and update employee records efficiently.

The project includes the creation of an Employee class that encapsulates key employee attributes such as employee ID, name, age, salary, and years of experience. The class implements multiple methods to support core HR-related operations, including:

Displaying employee details in a structured and readable format.

Updating employee salary with validation to ensure proper data integrity.

Calculating and applying performance-based bonuses depending on years of experience.

The project demonstrates strong understanding of OOP concepts such as class design, constructors, encapsulation, conditional logic, and method implementation. It also focuses on writing clean, readable, and maintainable Python code that can be easily extended to support larger employee management systems or integrated with databases and user interfaces.
