I developed a Real Estate Management System using Odoo v15 to manage all operations related to commercial and residential properties, including listings, contracts, payments, and tenants. The system provides customizable reports, flexible user interfaces, and secure access permissions. It is fully customizable to meet the needs of any real estate business. Key features include:

Property Listings Management: Admins can easily add, edit, and delete property listings, with details such as images, prices, property features (size, location, type), and availability.

Lease Contracts Management: The system allows for the management of lease contracts, including details like lease duration, rent amounts, and legal and financial requirements related to each contract.

Payment Management: Tracks rent payments, including overdue payments, due dates, and payment statuses, with the ability to generate payment reports.

Customizable Reports: The system generates reports on property listings, rental income, contract statuses, and overall property performance.

Tenant Portal: Tenants can access their accounts, make rent payments, review their lease contracts, and view property details through a dedicated portal.

Website: Integrated with a real estate website to display available properties for sale or rent, featuring advanced search functionality for filtering by type, price, location, and more.
