Letter of Recommendation

To whom it may concern,

It is with great enthusiasm that I recommend Mohamed Alzaraa. In my years of teaching, it is not rare to see students who excel in school grades-wise and go on to be engineers or doctors. What is rare, however, is to find someone who knows what he wants to study and what he wants to do in the future, and someone whose intellectual curiosity and morals strike you. That’s Mohamed.

I saw that Mohamed doesn’t approach studying as something passive. Rather, he went beyond the study material, asking questions and encouraging me to go deeper into the topics. When the lesson was about pollution and waste, his answers were very impressive and in-depth. He later explained that he had worked on a project in Waste Management under the supervision of a PhD candidate from the UK, and I was shocked that a 16-year-old could do that. I saw a spark in him.

After getting to know him more, since class size is small in our school, he would update me about his projects and news. He was accepted with a scholarship in another research scholarship, got first place in the continent in a competition, finishing books like “Under a White Sky” by Elizabeth Kolbert and a lot of other achievements. I was proud of him and happy that I could be part of his journey. I even read a section of his research paper on waste management in Egypt, and I liked it a lot. His methodology was a new one to me, but it was innovative. The whole paper was organized, and it was honestly perfect.

Above all, my favorite thing about Mohamed is his character. He is unbelievably kind and offers to help his classmates and friends with capstone projects and extracurriculars. He also helps younger students this year and gives advice to other students applying to universities abroad. I noticed that he surrounds himself with good friends and they seem almost like family.

Mohamed stands out as the single-most exceptional student I’ve taught. He exhibits integrity, intellect, and leadership far beyond what is usual. I’m confident he will not only succeed in his next journey, but he will also elevate any community he joins. I recommend Mohamed Alzaraa completely, with no hesitation. He will make his mark and be known.
