Advanced Statistical Meta-Analysis (Biostatistics)

I successfully conducted a comprehensive Meta-Analysis involving 27,015 patients to evaluate the cardioprotective effects of diabetic medications in cancer therapy. Using Review Manager 5.3, I performed advanced statistical modeling, including:

Calculation of Odds Ratios (OR) and Hazard Ratios (HR) with 95% Confidence Intervals.

Implementation of Random-Effects Models (DerSimonian and Laird method) to account for study variability.

Calculation of 95% Prediction Intervals to assess the generalizability of findings in real-world clinical settings. Sensitivity Analysis
