Manage the full tendering process, including selecting suitable projects based on company scope and prior experience.

Analyze project requirements and review tender documents (RFQs, specifications, and conditions).

Prepare technical and financial proposals, compile final submission packages, and submit via electronic tender platforms such as Etimad.

Collaborate with cost engineers to develop accurate pricing and feasibility studies.

Track bid evaluations and prepare periodic reports on tender results for management.

Prepare and manage contract documents, agreements, and financial submissions, ensuring compliance with company and client requirements.

Manage guarantees, bank bonds, and contract compliance in coordination with finance and procurement teams.

Monitor and follow up on financial extracts, payments, and collection processes through SAP and tender platforms.

Maintain professional communication with clients, suppliers, and stakeholders regarding tendering and contract clarifications.
