The application enables mechanics to perform vehicle damage inspections in a faster, more structured, and digital way, replacing traditional paper-based inspection processes. It is designed to streamline damage reporting, improve accuracy, and enhance team communication.

A core requirement of the application is full offline functionality. The app allows mechanics to record inspection data locally when there is no internet connectivity, including damage details, notes, and supporting information. Once a connection becomes available, the data is automatically synchronized with the central database.

The application also supports generating structured PDF and HTML inspection reports, which can be shared by emailing the team a secure link to the generated documents. In addition, the system allows previously stored inspection data to be retrieved and viewed even while offline, ensuring uninterrupted workflow in workshop environments with limited or unstable connectivity.

This solution significantly reduces manual paperwork, improves data consistency, and increases operational efficiency for vehicle inspection teams.
