1. Commercial & Retail Plaza

Design Fusion: The commercial zones feature a sophisticated Neo-Islamic architectural style, highlighted by gold-filigree horseshoe arches and intricate geometric screen-work.

Rhythmic Composition: A series of massive, repetitive arches creates a grand colonnade, providing a strong sense of visual rhythm and directing pedestrian flow through the retail promenade.

Environmental Branding: The renderings integrate commercial signage (e.g., "Food Island," "Cafe Robusta") to demonstrate how environmental graphic design complements the physical architecture.

Lifestyle Atmosphere: Use of "alfresco" dining setups, realistic 3D human entourage, and bistro string lighting conveys a lively, upscale social hub.

2. Residential Architecture

Modern Minimalism: The residential units—including apartments, maisonettes, and standalone villas—utilize a contemporary cubic aesthetic.
