An interactive dashboard designed to provide key insights into employee metrics at Atlas Labs. It includes:

- Total, active, and inactive employee counts

- Annual hiring trends from 2012 to 2022, segmented by attrition status

- Department-wise distribution of active employees

- Treemap visualization of job roles across departments

This dashboard helps HR and management teams monitor workforce composition, identify retention patterns, and make data-driven decisions.
