Project brief:
This project involved the design and development of a modern meat processing facility located in the heart of Khartoum’s Al Shijarah Avenue. The factory is specialized in the production of processed meat products including sausage, hotdog, and burger meat, targeting both local and regional markets.
The facility was planned with efficiency and hygiene as top priorities, meeting international food safety standards. The layout includes dedicated zones for meat preparation, processing, packaging, cold storage, and administrative offices. State-of-the-art equipment was integrated to ensure product consistency, quality control, and optimized workflow.
