Procedure for Stock Movement Management

This project defines the standard procedure for managing stock movements within the Central Transit Warehouse of Bouskoura. Its purpose is to ensure efficient, traceable, and controlled handling of materials, from supplier reception through transfer to construction sites.

The procedure is based on a cross-docking (transit) operating model, where materials are received, checked, system-registered, and transferred to destination sites in the shortest possible time, avoiding unnecessary storage. It establishes clear rules for managing physical and system flows, guaranteeing alignment between warehouse operations and ERP records (SAP).
