Installation of new concrete flooring, epoxy coating, tile work, and repairing or replacing the roof structure.

Safety & Compliance Enhancements:

Upgrading fire‑fighting systems, emergency exits, safety signage, and ensuring compliance with local building codes.

General Maintenance & Functional Improvements:

Repairing shutters, gates, storage racks, ventilation systems, and improving overall usability of the warehouse.

How the Work Was Carried Out

Initial Assessment & Planning:

Installed new electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems according to project specifications and safety standards.

Finishing & Upgradation:

Completed painting, flooring, ceiling installation, lighting setup, and all required finishing works to achieve a clean and functional environment.

Final Inspection & Handover:

Performed quality checks, safety inspections, and handed over the fully renovated warehouse to the client after ensuring all systems were operational.
