Developed a robust sales reporting ecosystem for a multi-brand logistics enterprise. The project focused on bridging the gap between messy raw logs and executive-level strategy.

ETL & Preprocessing: Cleaned and structured high-volume transactional data. This included deduplication, handling outliers in unit pricing, and creating a unified schema for different brands (Kalmar, Linde, Hangcha) that previously sat in siloed formats.

Exploratory Data Analysis (EDA): Conducted deep-dive analysis to answer business-critical questions regarding product turnover and revenue distribution.

Feature Engineering: Created calculated measures for Total Sales and Quantity Sums to provide a real-time "Health Check" of the sales funnel.

Outcome: The resulting dashboard provides a single source of truth for the sales team, reducing the time spent on manual reporting by over 90% and highlighting the top 12 products that drive warehouse traffic.
