*The Tourist Resort in Ras El Bar is a sustainable coastal development inspired by the natural harmony between land and sea at the meeting point
of the Nile River and the Mediterranean. The design concept, derived from the fluid motion of waves and the lightness of bubbles, translates
these natural patterns into architectural forms that flow organically across the site. The building masses rise and curve like moving water, creating
dynamic spaces that connect users with the surrounding landscape. The form generation evolves from the site’s coastal geometry—where wind,
water, and light interact—to produce open terraces, fluid circulation paths, and visual links to the horizon. Sustainable strategies such as green
roofs, solar panels, and double façades enhance comfort and environmental performance, while natural materials like stone, sand, and seashells
root the design in its local context, offering a serene and immersive resort experience.
