This project is a contemporary mixed-use building designed and modeled in Rhino, characterized by a smooth, rounded form and a layered glass façade that wraps the structure with vertical fins to control sunlight and enhance visual identity. The massing is organized around a central void that brings natural light deep into the interior and creates visual connection between floors, while the transparent envelope reflects the surrounding urban context and waterfront views. The ground level is lifted on pilotis to create an open public plaza that seamlessly connects pedestrians to the site, supported by a landscaped master plan that introduces green buffers, seating areas, and a clear circulation network for vehicles and visitors. Overall, the design aims to combine strong architectural presence with functional spatial organization and an inviting public realm.
