I’ve always been curious about one thing ?

How do companies reply to customers so quickly?

How does a chatbot understand questions, respond correctly, and know exactly when a customer is ready to buy?

Today, I built a simple version of that myself ?️

An AI-powered sales chatbot for computer components that answers customer inquiries using real product data, understands purchase intent ?, and only sends an email when a customer actually wants to buy ?.

It’s a small project, but seeing the full flow working end-to-end was incredibly satisfying ?

This is the kind of automation I truly enjoy learning and building.

A small step — but a long-time curiosity turned into something real ?

اليوم نفّذت الفكرة بشكل عملي ?️

أنشأت شات بوت ذكي لمبيعات مكونات الحاسوب، بيرد على استفسارات الزبائن اعتمادًا على بيانات حقيقية،

وبيفهم نية الشراء، وما ببعت إيميل ? إلا لما الزبون يطلب شراء فعلًا.

مشروع بسيط،

لكن الشعور لما تشوف النظام شغال تلقائيًا من البداية للنهاية كان رهيب ?

وهذا بالضبط النوع من الأتمتة اللي بحب أتعلمه وأطوره.

خطوة صغيرة، لكن فضول قديم تحوّل لتطبيق حقيقي ?
