- Employee Satisfaction: Measures employee satisfaction and work-life balance across departments to guide engagement strategies.

- Compensation & Performance: Analyzes salary and performance data to support fair compensation decisions and talent development.

These insights enable HR professionals and business leaders to make data driven decisions such as improving retention, enhancing employee satisfaction, and optimizing compensation plans.

The report leverages advanced Power BI features including dynamic DAX calculations, interactive filters, and visuals to deliver an engaging and actionable user experience.
