Al Nakeel residential building

This project presents the architectural design and 3D visualization of a mid-rise residential building located on a corner plot. The design focuses on creating a modern yet warm residential façade through a balanced composition of volumes, horizontal lines, and carefully selected materials.

Natural materials such as stone, wood cladding, and neutral plaster finishes were used to enhance visual depth and achieve a contemporary character while maintaining residential comfort. Balconies and shading elements were designed to improve environmental performance and provide privacy, while landscape elements were integrated at the ground level to strengthen the connection between the building and its surroundings.

The project was modeled and visualized using Revit and Lumion, with attention given to realistic materials, lighting, and human-scale details to achieve a convincing and professional presentation.
