AI & Automation: Integrated AI models with the Auto-reply system to enable smart, automated customer interactions based on active subscriptions.

Messaging Engine: Developed advanced messaging features including Message Scheduling, categorization, and real-time status tracking (Read/Unread).

Security & User Management: Implemented secure authentication (Email Verification, Password Recovery) and an Employee Management Module with granular Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) to manage staff permissions effectively.
