hr_attrition

This project focuses on analyzing employee attrition using SQL and python and power bi to

help HR teams understand workforce dynamics, identify attrition patterns, and support data

driven retention strategies. The analysis is based on an HR dataset containing employee

demographics, job-related attributes, and attrition status.
