This project focuses on analyzing customer churn within the telecommunications industry using a structured, end-to-end data analytics pipeline. The goal is to identify key drivers of customer churn, assess data quality, clean and prepare data, uncover behavioral patterns through exploratory analysis, and segment customers based on value and churn risk to support data-driven retention strategies.
A synthetic dataset was designed to closely simulate real-world telecom data, including realistic data quality issues such as missing values, outliers, inconsistent data types, and categorical inconsistencies.
