Performed simulation evaluated the Air hose using SolidWorks Simulation (FEA) to study air behaviour inside the hose and material response under the applied conditions. FEA results indicated that stresses are well below the material yield limit (Design is safe for operation)

An optimized hose achieved 5% mass reduction while keeping the FOS within the allowed limit. Nozzle optimization improved performance and increased total pressure.
