This project provides a full analytical view of company employees using Power BI. The dashboard transforms raw HR data into meaningful insights that help management understand workforce distribution, salaries, performance ratings, and identify HR-related issues quickly.

The data was cleaned and transformed using Power Query, and visualized using interactive Power BI visuals.
