End-to-End Gym Management Solution

A complete gym management system designed to streamline daily operations and replace manual processes such as paper records and spreadsheets. The system provides full control over members trainers subscriptions attendance and financial operations through a single integrated platform.

The application allows managing members and trainers including subscription tracking automatic alerts for expired or expiring subscriptions and detailed member profiles. Attendance is recorded using a barcode-based check in system ensuring fast and accurate tracking while preventing access for inactive members.

The system generates detailed reports for attendance subscriptions revenue and sales with support for exporting data to Excel and PDF. It also analyzes peak usage times to help gym owners optimize staff scheduling and operational decisions.

An integrated AI Coach feature assists in generating personalized training and nutrition plans based on member goals fitness levels and health conditions. The system also monitors member activity and suggests adjustments when needed to improve consistency and results.

The entire system was built from scratch using Flutter Desktop on Windows including user interface design data management barcode device integration reporting printing and performance optimization. The solution focuses on reliability scalability and ease of use and is designed to support future expansion to mobile or web platforms.
