I developed a mobile and web application for managing home care services using Flutter for the frontend and Django for the backend. The system supports multiple user roles, including admin, patients, medical staff, and drivers. The admin interface is built as a web dashboard with HTML, CSS, and Flutter components, providing an overview of operations, scheduling, and service requests. The app integrates an Operations Research optimization model to efficiently schedule medical staff and drivers, ensuring timely and cost-effective home care service delivery. The backend Django API handles authentication, data management, model inference, and communication between the frontend and optimization engine, enabling a seamless user experience across platforms.
