Driveit – Car Rental App UX Case Study

Driveit is a mobile car-rental app designed to make renting a vehicle fast, transparent, and stress-free. This case study explores the full UX process behind the product — from identifying user pain points to designing a simplified booking flow and a trustworthy rental experience. The project focuses on solving key challenges users face in traditional rental services: unclear pricing, slow verification steps, confusing insurance options, and limited pickup flexibility. Through user research, journey mapping, and multiple design iterations, the final solution delivers a cleaner interface, faster decision-making, and a more reliable end-to-end experience.
