Heart Disease Diagnostic Analysis

This project performs an Exploratory Data Analysis (EDA) on a dataset of 303 patients with 14 clinical features such as age, sex, chest pain, cholesterol, blood pressure, ECG results, and more. The aim is to understand key patterns linked to heart disease and prepare the dataset for modeling.

? Fixed outliers (e.g., abnormal ca, missing thal).

? Added a new target label: Heart_Disease → Presence / Absence.

? Converted gender into Male/Female.

? Created age groups: Young, Mid, Old.
