Supply Chain Performance Dashboard (OTIF & Delayed Orders Analysis)

An interactive Power BI dashboard designed to analyze delivery performance across the supply chain.

The project focuses on OTIF (On Time In Full) metrics, identifying the main causes of delivery delays and returns, and providing actionable insights through advanced visuals such as trend analysis, heatmaps, and drill-through pages.

Key features:

End-to-end performance tracking (On Time%, In Full%, Cycle Rate, Fill Rate).

Correlation analysis between delayed deliveries and returns.

Root-cause analysis by team, channel, city, and customer.

Dynamic insight cards highlighting top delay causes and worst-performing regions.

Outcome: Enables supply chain teams to pinpoint performance issues, reduce delivery delays, and improve customer satisfaction through data-driven decisions.
