I led the full website build for Ai Minds, translating the company’s AI-first vision into a conversion-ready, bilingual (English/Arabic) experience. Scope covered market and competitor research, information architecture, SEO strategy, product positioning, UX writing, and day-to-day coordination with design/dev to keep brand, messaging, and IA consistent.
I structured the site around Ai Minds’ core: Ai Minds ERP; a modular, AI-powered platform for real-time, scalable operations, then built clear paths to demo/consultation. Content frames include the six service pillars: AI-Powered Digital Transformation, Smart Mobility & Logistics, Intelligent Business Operations, Digital Presence & Marketing, Technology Infrastructure, and Talent & Consulting.
To make value tangible, I mapped ERP modules (Financials, HR, Supply Chain, CRM, Intelligent Automation, Real-Time Analytics) to industry pages (Manufacturing, Retail & E-commerce, Construction & Real Estate, Transportation & Logistics, Hospitality & Tourism, Financial Services, Healthcare, Professional Services). I also authored FAQs, implementation steps (Discovery → Solution Design → Implementation → Optimization), and security/enterprise assurances to reduce objection friction.
On the growth side, I designed the SEO architecture (keyword clusters, internal linking, schema, bilingual slugs/meta), CTAs and lead flows (Free Consultation / Get a Demo), and a reusable component library for rapid page creation while preserving tone: AI-first, practical, outcomes-driven (“Where Intelligence Meets Innovation”).
