Mashrouk Shared Mobility Landing Page: GTM Strategy, Content Writing, SEO Optimization

At AMK LLC, I led the full brand, product, app and web launch of Mashrouk, a Saudi smart mobility app designed to modernize corporate and community transportation through shared rides and intelligent route optimization. The project was part of AMK’s broader smart mobility ecosystem that includes CAMELO (corporate travel management) and Masarat Al-Nodhom (logistics solutions).

My focus was to build Mashrouk’s digital identity and market positioning from the ground up, blending product strategy, UX content design, and growth-ready communication systems to align with Saudi Vision 2030’s push for sustainable mobility.

Key contributions included:

- Positioning & Brand Narrative: Defined Mashrouk’s value proposition as a cost-efficient, eco-friendly shared mobility solution serving businesses, campuses, and smart cities.

- Website Architecture & Copywriting: Built the full English-Arabic website content around key use cases (corporate fleets, staff shuttles, universities), integrating SEO-based keyword frameworks relevant to Saudi and GCC mobility sectors.

- Product Messaging & User Flow: Crafted clear messaging for B2B and B2C audiences, focusing on simplicity, trust, and data-driven coordination between drivers, riders, and fleet operators.

- Integration with AMK Ecosystem: Ensured seamless narrative alignment with AMK’s broader AI and transportation technologies, linking Mashrouk’s role to AMK’s Intelligent Business Operations and Smart Mobility verticals.

- Growth Enablement: Developed landing-page funnels, analytics tracking, and content systems to support digital outreach and corporate client acquisition.

This project turned Mashrouk from a concept into a market-ready mobility service, establishing it as one of AMK’s flagship initiatives in sustainable transport and intelligent route sharing; built for Saudi enterprises and communities seeking smarter, greener movement.
