Kazitour – Delivery Management System (Web + Mobile)

I developed a complete logistics and delivery management system for Kazitour, including both web and mobile applications.

What I did:

Built an advanced admin panel to manage shipments, COD operations, branches, drivers, routing, and client accounts.

Developed a Flutter mobile app for clients to track packages and update delivery information.

Integrated WhatsApp Business API (Infobip), SMS notifications, and automated status updates.

Implemented performance optimization, caching, and load testing using K6.

Set up and managed the infrastructure on Proxmox, including security hardening, backups, and deployment pipelines.
