Project Description: The Administration facility for Hail University. The project scope of work is to construct the Administration facility for Hail University to include an 18-story tower building, six buildings + Arch with all associated utility services.

Location: The University of Hail, High-rise building, Infrastructure, and construction.

Value: 1.0 billion SR (EPC Unit Pricing Contracts). (High Rise).

Responsibilities/Tasks:

•Contribute to establishing the PMO strategy to set stakeholders’ expectations, providing greater clarity, focus, and coordination across the company’s full portfolio of projects.

•Contribute to the development and implementation of the PMO function, and as head of projects, you need to develop all operational policies, processes, and procedures to ensure all relevant procedural/legislative requirements are fulfilled.

•Build the foundation of the PMO functions; Governance, Commercial (Procurement & Contracts), Delivery/Engineering, Reporting, Schedule, budgeting, Cost, Risk, Change, Quality, Health & Safety Environment, Stakeholders, Construction, Supply Chain, and technical office.

•Manages operations of project management by providing guidance, encouraging teamwork, and facilitating related professional work processes to achieve high-performance standards.

•Prepares the development of project management budget, and monitors financial performance versus the budget to ensure alignment and develops and manages cash flow budget of projects, and achieves standalone financial sustainability during project execution.
