Working Drawings

This project involved the technical development of a

two-story residential villa located in Ras El Hekma,

Egypt. The entire project was completed using

Revit, allowing for precise coordination between

architectural, structural, and MEP systems. A full

set of working drawings was produced, including

floor plans, sections, elevations, construction

details, and service layouts—all developed to meet

local building standards and respond to the coastal

context. The villa’s design emphasizes functionality,

material efficiency, and climate responsiveness.

This project provided valuable experience in

BIM-based documentation and the translation

of design into buildable construction systems.
