Traditional–Modern Facade Description

This project features a traditional–modern hybrid facade, designed to combine the authenticity of Iranian architectural heritage with the clean aesthetics and functionality of contemporary design. The facade is composed mainly of brick and stone, chosen to create a harmonious balance between warmth, durability, and cultural character. Brick provides a textured, traditional feel, while stone adds a modern, solid, and refined appearance.

For the railings and protective elements, CNC-cut steel sheets have been used. This material not only offers high strength and durability but also allows for precise geometric patterns, adding a modern and detailed touch to the overall composition. The combination of warm brick and stone with the clean lines of CNC-cut steel creates a visually appealing contrast that enhances the identity of the traditional–modern style.

Execution Method:

The process began with proper structural preparation for installing brick and stone elements. Each component was installed with careful attention to technical details and standard connection methods. The CNC-cut steel sheets were then fabricated according to the pre-designed patterns and installed on-site. All stages were completed with precision, quality control, and a focus on achieving visual harmony and durability. The result is an elegant, long-lasting facade that fully reflects the characteristics of the traditional–modern style.
