Sales & Revenue Performance Dashboard

Developed a fully interactive Sales & Revenue dashboard in Power BI for a client to track performance across time, products, and countries. Built a clean data model (Fact + Dimensions), added slicers for Month, Country, and Department, and designed clear KPIs with trend analysis visuals. The dashboard is automated with refresh-ready data and optimized for executive decision-making, enabling quick insights and better business decisions.
