As part of my ongoing exploration into improving digital banking experiences, I decided to take on the challenge of redesigning the FABMISR Mobile Application — one of Egypt’s major banking apps — with the goal of simplifying its user experience and visual flow.
After thoroughly using the app — and reviewing multiple user comments on the Play Store — a clear pattern started to emerge:the interface felt visually heavy and outdated, the navigation flow was unintuitive, and the login process required unnecessary effort every single time.
