My Contribution:

I developed an internal management system to streamline and automate Earthlink’s ISP operations. The system manages customer accounts, internet subscriptions, bundles, and full integration with MSAN, FTTH, and other core network technologies.

Key Achievements:

Designed and implemented a centralized system for managing customer internet services, billing, and subscription plans.

Built administrative dashboards and automation tools to handle large-scale ISP operations efficiently.

Integrated the system with network components such as MSAN and FTTH for real-time data synchronization and provisioning.

Improved operational efficiency, reduced manual processes, and enhanced service reliability for internal teams and end users.
