Senior Quality Control Engineer

I work at a private company handling large-scale governmental projects. My role focuses on ensuring software quality and reliability through comprehensive testing and validation processes.

Key Responsibilities:

•Analyze, design, implement, and execute detailed test scenarios and test cases.

•Perform API testing using Postman to verify functionality, reliability, and performance.

•Conduct functional and mobile testing (iOS and Android) to ensure optimal user experience and system behavior.

•Support process validation, control, and improvement activities, including risk management, training, and compliance with software validation standards.

•Log, track, and follow up on software defects using tools such as Jira and TFS.

•Develop and execute validation protocols, analyze test data, and prepare thorough test reports.

•Review requirement specifications and design documentation to provide actionable feedback for enhancements.

•Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and customer representatives to resolve quality-related issues and achieve project goals.
