تحليل بيانات Supply chain

يهدف المشروع إلى تحليل سلسلة التوريد لدراسة الأداء التشغيلي واللوجستي ضمن سلسلة توريد المؤسسة، بدءًا من توريد المواد الخام وحتى تسليم المنتج النهائي للعميل.

يركز المشروع على جمع وتحليل البيانات المتعلقة بنقاط القوة والضعف في مختلف العمليات، مثل المخزون والإصلاح والإنتاج والشراء وإدارة الطلب، بهدف تحسين العمليات وخفض التكاليف وزيادة رضا العملاء.

تم تنفيذ المشروع على عدة منصات، مثل Tableau ,Power bi ,Excel، وباستخدام بايثون.

The project aims to analyze the supply chain to study the operational and logistical performance within an organization's supply chain, from the sourcing of raw materials to the delivery of the final product to the customer.

The project focuses on collecting and analyzing data on the strengths and weaknesses of various processes, such as inventory, repair, production, purchasing, and demand management, with the aim of improving processes, reducing costs, and increasing customer satisfaction.
