Project Overview
This project focused on designing and implementing a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system for Building Rank to centralize all communication channels, enhance sales tracking, and improve operational efficiency.
The goal was to create a fully integrated solution using Zoho CRM that connects calls, WhatsApp, emails, and Facebook inquiries into a single platform — enabling better customer management and real-time insights.
Responsibilities & Tasks
Collected and documented CRM system requirements tailored to the company’s workflow.
Configured Zoho CRM environment, including account setup, data structure, and team roles (Admin, Sales, Support, Marketing).
Integrated communication channels: WhatsApp Business, Facebook Business Manager, email (IMAP/SMTP), and voice call services (Zoho Voice / Twilio).
Developed automated workflows for lead generation, missed call follow-ups, and order status reminders.
Implemented Lead Source Tracking to identify and measure performance by channel (Calls, WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram).
Designed Lead Scoring Models to evaluate lead quality based on budget, urgency, and conversion probability.
Built real-time dashboards and custom reports showing lead conversion rates, deals, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Integrated the CRM with financial systems (QuickBooks / Zoho Books) to evaluate monthly revenue versus operational costs.
Created automated follow-up reminders and notifications for inactive leads to improve response times.
Enabled data export and management reports in Excel/PDF format for monthly and quarterly reviews.
Results
Delivered a centralized CRM system connecting all customer communication channels in one dashboard.
